서강대학교 영문학과에서 교수로 재직하고 있으며 현재 20, 21세기 시를 가르치고 있다. 시집 4권을 출판하였으며, Angelaki, Kenyon Review, Antipodes, Orbis Litterarum, CounterText에 등재되어 있다. 최근 저서로는 New Directions in Contemporary Australian Poetry, accelerations and inertias가 있으며, 후자는 퀸즈랜드 주립 상을 후보에 오르고 뉴사우스웨일스 주립 상을 수상하였다. Dan Disney has published four collections of poetry, and his writing appears in Angelaki, Kenyon Review, Antipodes, Orbis Litterarum, CounterText, and elsewhere. His most recent books are New Directions in Contemporary Australian Poetry (co-edited with Matthew Hall; Palgrave, 2021), and accelerations and inertias (Vagabond Press, 2021), which was shortlisted for the Queensland Premier's Award and received the NSW Premier's Award. He is a regular reviewer with World Literature Today, and teaches 20th. and 21st. century poetry at Sogang University.
